What do I need to get started?＋

One compatible Android tablet and printer, plus either an Event Lifetime device license or an active Booth or Kiosk subscription.

Is Event Lifetime a cheaper Booth plan?＋

No. Event Lifetime is a separate, permanent product for staff-operated events. Booth and Kiosk are self-service subscriptions.

What is the difference between Grid Booth and Grid Kiosk?＋

Grid Booth is assisted self-service using cashier-issued vouchers. Grid Kiosk adds direct QR payment and automatic verification for fully unattended operation.

Can I use my own tablet and printer?＋

Yes. The system is designed to work with supported Android tablets and compatible photo or receipt printers.

Do you support QRPh?＋

Yes. Grid Kiosk supports QR payments through a connected payment provider, including QRPh-compatible checkout.

What happens if I own Event Lifetime and cancel a subscription?＋

Your permanent Event Lifetime access remains active. Only the expired Booth or Kiosk subscription features are disabled.

Can I customize the booth branding and photo layout?＋

Yes. Add your business identity, welcome screen, receipt details, photo layouts, and other customer-facing settings.
